CA Bhavna Goel, FCA, CFA, FRM, CAIA
Since 2012, Bhavna Goel has been mentoring FRM Exam Part I and II, CFA Exam Level I and II participants. She brings over 20 years of rich and varied experience in delivering projects for clients in the UK, Europe, and India. Her key areas of expertise include quantitative analysis and equity research involving financial & valuation modeling and business modeling, sensitivity analysis, competitive intelligence, and bench-marking, industry and sector studies.
She has a sound understanding of multiple sectors such as pharmaceutical, real estate, retail, technology, and telecom in the US, Europe, and Asia. In addition, she has been involved in training professionals and has been a guest speaker in Management Institutes in the areas of Investment Banking and Corporate Valuation. She has been actively involved in writing articles for a worldwide circulated investment magazine.
Bhavna is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India, CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute, US, Certified FRM from GARP, US, CAIA Charterholder from CAIA Association, US, and Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, India
Gurmeet Kumar, FRM, CAIA, MBA
Gurmeet Katar, FRM, CAIA has been full time involved with FinLearning since 2012 and teaching FRM Exam Part I and II, and CFA Exam Level I and II participants. He loves teaching not only the course curriculum (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Alternative Investment, Risk Models, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Risk Management), but also the problem solving techniques that matter a lot during the exam.
Over the years he has developed a highly effective teaching methodology to add greater value to students. He has trained and mentored thousands of students and professionals around the globe. His true passion for teaching and aim to deliver exceptional quality have cemented his reputation as an energetic, entertaining, and effective instructor.
In his over 21 years of experience, he has done extensive work on Equity Research, Derivatives Research; Fixed Income Research, Portfolio & Risk Management, Investor Relations, and Fund Raising Activities. During his journey with corporates, he holds prominent positions like Vice President, Head-Research, Deputy Editor of a reputed investment journal having circulation all over India. He is regularly invited as a guest speaker on TV Shows, investor seminars, Management Colleges, etc to share his views on the Capital Market. Gurmeet Katar is very fond of our ancient sciences, especially astrology. When he is not teaching, you can find him enjoying reading horoscopes. His passion for finance led him to pursue a specialization in finance during his graduation and post-graduation and to earn FRM designation from GARP, US and CAIA Charter from CAIA Association US.
